Try this Simple Pasta Dish


8 oz. Dry Pasta (Cooked Al Dente)

3 oz. Butter

4 oz. Chopped Vegetables (Can use frozen)

5 oz. Tuna (pre-cooked shrimp or lobster)

1 Cube Maggie Brand Vegetable Seasoning

3 oz. Anchor Brand Extra Yield Cooking Cream

8 oz. Purified Water (Bottled)

Salt To taste

Pepper To Taste


In a large skillet melt 2 oz. of butter over a moderate heat, add vegetables immediately and cook for 2 minutes stirring without caramelizing vegetables. Add Pre-cooked chopped Tuna fresh or from the can, (cooked shrimp or lobster) and 1 cube of Maggie Vegetable Seasoning, cook for an additional minute. Add Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream, then 6 oz. of water, season to taste, then add Cooked Pasta. Allow pasta to cook in sauce for approximately 4 minutes over a low simmer adding more water if needed but not exceeding 2 more ounces. Season to taste and serve immediately. Serves 3 to 4 Persons Enjoy!

Optional: Remove from heat and fold in 2 oz grated Parmesan and 2 oz. Frozen Snow Peas (Optional)


Note: This Recipe uses Maggie Vegetable seasoning and Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream. Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream has already been reduced and can be used in cooking sauces or thickening soups, so less is definitely more with this product, for more recipes like this and others subscribe to this site.
