Spaghetti & Shrimp With Brandy
Ingredients
12 oz. Shrimp
2 Tbls. Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 C. Brandy
Chili Pepper Flakes
1 C. Tomato Sauce
1/3 C. Heavy cream
1 Lb. Cooked Spaghetti
Salt To Taste
Method
Add Oil to hot saute pan, saute Shrimp until shrimp begins to turn bright in color, add Garlic & Pepper, be sure to not burn the garlic. REMOVE PAN FROM HEAT THEN, Add Brandy then add back to the heat cook off alcohol for 30 to 60 seconds on a moderately Low simmer. Add Tomato Sauce and Heavy Cream to pan, If Sauce Is a bit Thick or you would like to stretch sauce you can add an optional 1/2 Cup of Chicken stock at this Point. Add Cooked Spaghetti, salt to taste, toss and serve Hot. This recipe should Feed 3 - 4 Persons.
